Changes to your order can be made within 24 hours. Simply send us an email to: support@labdhicollections.com .

We can subsequently change the following details for you:

• shipping information
• your first and last name
• your email address

Cancellation:

You should contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.

If the goods arrive damaged, we ask you to send us an email to support@labdhicollections.com within 24 hours of receiving the product with photos of the damage and your order number. Please keep the original packaging. We will take care of a return code and upon receipt of the returned product we will refund the amount via the original payment method used.

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days without giving any reason and thus cancel the purchase contract. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and must be unused, apart from being tried on. If there is evidence that the goods have been used to such an extent that their value has decreased, the customer loses their right of withdrawal.

The 14-day return period begins once you have received both this information (e.g. by email) and the goods. Please note that returns are at your own expense and must be made using the original box. Returns must be made with a tracking number as we cannot accept liability for returns lost in the post.
