Our delivery times within Germany are usually 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.

Cancellation:

You should contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.

If the product arrives damaged, please report this immediately to support@labdhicollections.com . In this case, send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product by email. We ask that you report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the order, otherwise we will unfortunately not be able to consider the complaint.

As long as the goods are not damaged or of poor quality, the buyer bears the costs of return shipping.

Please note that in the event of a partial return – which causes the final order value to fall below the threshold for free shipping (€59) – the originally waived shipping costs (€3.99) may be subsequently calculated and deducted from the refund amount.

We also reserve the right to adjust granted discounts proportionally or to revoke them retroactively if their conditions are no longer met after the return.
