The shipping costs within Germany are 3.99 €, for shipping to Europe we charge 9.99 €.

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days without giving any reason and thus cancel the purchase contract. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and, apart from trying them on, must be unused. If there are indications that the goods have been used to such an extent that their value has decreased, the customer loses his right of withdrawal.

The 14-day return period begins once you have received both this information (e.g. by email) and the goods. Please note that returns are at your own expense and must be made using the original box. Returns must be made with a tracking number as we cannot accept liability for returns lost in the post.
