We cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.

If the product arrives damaged, please report this immediately to support@labdhicollections.com . In this case, send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product by email. We ask that you report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the order, otherwise we will unfortunately not be able to consider the complaint.

As long as the goods are not damaged or of poor quality, the buyer bears the costs of return shipping.
